Shipping and Handling

We use Priority mail via USPS on all orders. We cannot be responsible for incorrect addresses. Please supply current, complete & correct shipping address. Processing takes between 2-5 business days (potentially longer during promotions & holidays). We cannot offer expedited shipping at this time.

Please note that when the temperature is above 70 chocolate pecans will melt in transit. We recommend only shipping chocolate pecans November – March and we can only guarantee them during these months. If you place an order for chocolate pecans from April- October we highly recommend you add an ice pack to the order as we will not be responsible for any melting that occurs during transit. We suggest that your order of chocolate items be delivered to an air-conditioned location. USPS will often leave packages at your door or mailbox if no one is home to receive them.

Due to state laws, Inshell Pecans cannot be shipped to Arizona, California, or New Mexico.

International Orders

We currently do not accept international orders or orders from the states of Hawaii and Alaska.

Return Policy

*No returns or exchanges. All sales are final.

Damaged Goods Policy

If your order arrived damaged or was incorrect, please use our contact form and describe the situation in as much detail as possible.  Once we verify the claims, we may either replace the damaged or incorrect product or issue a full refund for the order.
