We recommend only shipping chocolate pecans November – March and we can only guarantee them during these months. If you place an order for chocolate pecans from April- October we highly recommend you add an ice pack to the order as we will not be responsible for any melting that occurs during transit. We suggest that your order of chocolate items be delivered to an air-conditioned location. USPS will often leave packages at your door or mailbox if no one is home to receive them.
