Ingredients:
Pecan Old Fashioned
- 2 teaspoons light brown sugar
- 2-3 drops pecan bitters
- 2 ounces bourbon
- 1 teaspoon water
- ½ ounce pecan liqueur
Garnish
- 1 large ice cube
- 1 strip orange peel
- 1 Southern Praline Pecan
Directions:
- In a cocktail mixing glass, combine the brown sugar, pecan bitters, water, and bourbon; stir until the sugar dissolves.
- Once the sugar has melted, introduce the pecan liqueur to the mix.
- Place a large ice cube in a double rocks glass, accompanied by a strip of orange peel.
- Pour the meticulously crafted old fashioned over the ice and crown it with a Southern Praline Pecan.
